Acceptance
By using Neuronix as a provider or consumer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Provider Obligations
Providers agree to run the Neuronix provider application only on hardware they own or have legal right to operate. Providers may not submit fraudulent compute reports or interfere with the task dispatch system.
Payments
Provider earnings are calculated based on verified compute time and task completion. Neuronix reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity. Payments are issued in USD via supported payout methods.
Acceptable Use
The Neuronix network may only be used for lawful AI inference workloads. Users may not submit tasks designed to train models for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
Termination
Neuronix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Providers may discontinue participation at any time by uninstalling the provider application.
